MSO Timeline
Timeline Structure
The plan is to build out the MSO over a three year time period and through four phases.
Phases
- Phase 1 – Plan (4 months)
- Phase 2 – Build (4 months)
- Phase 3 – Mature (12 months)
- Phase 4 – Expand (16 months)
Services Outline
Two services (2) would be launched within 8 months and an additional three (3) services launched within 20 months.
Goals
At the end of Year 1 the goal would be to serve over 100 providers, Year 2 over 800 providers, and by Year 3 over 1,500 providers across multiple service areas.
