Feasibility Study Has Been Completed

Develop Iosco, Inc, Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMSCA), Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG) hired True Cedar LLC to perform a childcare MSO feasibility study that was completed in August of 2024.

Study was funded by the Early Childhood Investment Corporation (ECIC).

True Cedar LLC is a firm that specializes in analyzing and building MSOs and streamlining operations.

Scope of Feasibility Study

Study focused on viability, timeline, and cost to build a nonprofit childcare MSO for providers in the State of Michigan.

Potential to Serve Thousands of Childcare Business Owners

Study showed that it is viable and could grow to offer services to thousands of providers across Michigan within three years.

3-Year Financial Pro-Forma

Included 3-year financial pro-forma and entity governance and structure recommendations.
